This Privacy Policy explains how uxLauncher ("the App") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. In short: uxLauncher does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

1. What the App Does

uxLauncher is a home screen launcher for Android. It replaces your device's default launcher and allows you to organize apps, widgets, and folders on your home screen.

2. Permissions and How They Are Used

Query Installed Apps (QUERYALLPACKAGES)
Required to display the list of installed apps on your home screen and in the app drawer. This information is only used locally on your device and is never transmitted.

Notification Access (BINDNOTIFICATIONLISTENER_SERVICE)
Used solely to display notification badge counts on app icons. The App reads only the package name and count of active notifications — it does not read notification content, titles, or messages. This data is never stored or transmitted.

Widgets (BIND_APPWIDGET)
Required to host and display Android widgets on your home screen. The App does not access any data from widgets beyond what is needed to render them.

Expand Status Bar (EXPANDSTATUSBAR)
Used to open the notification shade when you swipe down on the home screen.

Vibration (VIBRATE)
Used for haptic feedback during drag-and-drop interactions.

3. Data Storage

All settings and layout data (app positions, groups, folders, colors, widget configuration) are stored exclusively in local SharedPreferences on your device. No data is uploaded to any server or cloud service.

4. In-App Purchases

uxLauncher offers an optional one-time purchase ("Premium Unlock") via Google Play Billing. All payment processing is handled entirely by Google. Studio UX does not receive or store any payment details. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles purchase data.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs. The only third-party library used is the Google Play Billing Library, solely for processing in-app purchases.

6. Children's Privacy

uxLauncher is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
